Running low on 🔥 motivation?
With a Duogoal support group, you'll:
Move steadily toward big goals.
See your first wins fast.
Finally get there?
Duogoal puts you in a small support group and gives you a proven method that actually moves the needle.
What's your main goal?
A useful habit, a big project, a personal challenge, or a long-standing dream — your goal can be anything.
If you have many goals, pick the most important one. Focused effort gets results faster.
Write the goal in plain words. We'll work out a clear plan to reach it. It's free.
Hard to pin down your main goal?
Try our reflection exercises — they help you look back, get to know yourself today, and figure out where to head next.
Support triples your results
In a large study1, people who pursued their goal with friends and supported each other reached it 66% of the time. People who went solo — only 24%. Almost three times the difference.
Why this works No magical thinking, no «success-success» talk, no other BS
There's only one way to reach the future you want: walk toward it stubbornly, step by step.
Doing it alone is hard.
Here, you'll find your support group.
Shared goals: everyone's goals become the group's goals, and members help each other make progress on them
Growth team: your environment shapes you — surrounded by ambitious, driven people, you naturally pick up their mindset
Public commitment: you share your plans with others, which motivates you to keep your word and put in the work
Safe space: in a circle of new faces, where everyone is a peer with shared goals, it gets easier to talk about your thoughts, doubts, and what you're going through
Regular rhythm: weekly review of what you walked through and planning the next steps keeps your focus and direction sharp
Support: the team helps you not give up when things get hard, and shares how they solve their own problems
New ideas: group members offer a fresh take on your challenges and inspire new approaches
Motivation: seeing your own progress and watching others succeed makes it clear that your goals are reachable
A method that works for personal goals
Think about it: why do work goals always get done, while personal ones often stay stuck as dreams?
The answer is unsettlingly simple. Work goals get done by a team — with discussion, check-ins, and accountability. Personal goals, we usually try to handle alone, with no support, leaning entirely on our own willpower.
Duogoal fixes that: we put you on a real team for working on goals together.
Mountains don't move solo
Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, Walt Disney, Henry Ford, Benjamin Franklin, and many other standout leaders relied on the power of group support to reach their goals.
Today's entrepreneurs use business clubs and mastermind groups. At Duogoal, we democratize the mastermind group — making it available to everyone, for any goal — not just business.
This fits you, too
There are no right or wrong dreams here, no goals that are too big or too small.
What matters is your willingness to keep moving forward and to support others. Your group will always be there for you, even when things aren't going well. Nobody will laugh or play down what you're struggling with or what you want.
Safety, respect, and understanding — that's what our groups are built on.
We're asking the same from you: openness, participation, and willingness to be part of the team.
We're confident: you've got this 💪
What is Duogoal?
A method for working toward personal goals. At its core: 11 components, each backed by decades of research in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. Individually each one raises the odds of reaching the goal. Together they form an environment in which actually getting results becomes easier.
How much time does the program take?
On average, 7–15 minutes a day. The system is deliberately built to be as simple as possible and not to turn into another chore.
Do we have to do calls?
Your group decides the format of the weekly session: it can be a Zoom meeting or voice chat, or asynchronous — video notes or just text.
We recommend doing at least the first 4 sessions as video calls, so everyone can get to know each other and pick up on the vibe. After that, you can scale back to one live wrap-up per cycle.
Who runs the group sessions?
The facilitator rotates every week, but it's always one of the group members. We provide a detailed script for each session — it makes running it straightforward.
Why are you using "you" so informally?
Duogoal is a space where everyone is on equal footing — regardless of age, status, or experience. Equality among members is one of the main conditions for a support group to actually work.
Can I switch groups?
Of course. If your current group isn't a fit, we'll find you a new one.
